I was gonna buy CF VIP and im wondering is it up?After i click VIP now it allows acces to CF vip?

You should know this by now. After you buy it you have to post your transaction ID in a specific thread in the general section and you'll be activated within 24 hours.

Yes, you only need 250 posts if you're gonna use PayPal account, AlertPay isn't necessary this amount of posts.
