Starting up

Hey there.
I have a few questions and all for my experience in APB Reloaded. So far it's pretty fucking horrible due to the people who fight against me are rigged to the shit (premium accounts, hackers, etc.). I just need some guidance, really, so I can actually have a fun time...

1.) Are there ANY guns that you can purchase and keep forever? If so, where and how!?

2.) I'm saving up 15k to buy my own vehicle, as I just hate the current, standard, shit-mobile. Which vehicle should I buy and why?

3.) Which people should I go to for pledging and all? (For the epic items you get from them)

4.) PLEASE give me some guidance on what I should do, where I should go, and whatever the fuck... I just want to have a good time looking stylish, owning muthafuckas, and driving a fancy ass car while being a rich bitch (Yes, my skin is a girl IG. Badass though.)

1.U can have permanent gun only from Armas or event (like me i have Shotgun and joker secondary permanent.Shotgun for i played CB/RTW apb and Joker for 100 unique kills in time limit)

2.First car is good enough for newbies buy car when u unlock bishada (crim) or Jericho (enf)

3.First tell me what is in APB epic items? Its all about ur playstyle so check this and pledge by your choose Unlock Progression Guide - GamersFirst Forums

4. 1.DO MISSIONS
2.GET GOOD Rank
3.GET IN GOOD CLAN (ex. WASP-ENF / REZISTANCE-CRIM)
4.LEARN IN DESIGNER

after this and having approx 100k and role lvl 5 u can buy III perk and load it to ur favourite gun my favourites for example Obeya,Star,JG,OCA (Oca and star very good guns for newbies)

1. you get the star perm

. otherwise you have to buy at ARMAS
2. When i play as a crim i LOVE my bishada rapier. as a enf i just use a Cisco. both are way more than 15k though
3. If you want guns (for crim) do Veronika Lee tier (Chung Hee for enf) or Britney bloodrose (or ty durrant for enf). those 2 tier progressions give out weapons. the other 2 tiers give out cars/car parts.
4. ALWAYS go into a group (press U in game). Groups make for MUCH better leveling. When you play alone you might only get a 1 person opposition, which won't make for many kill which gets you money. Also with groups you don't have to worry about losing a mission because of just 1 death. For beginners i would recommend getting a gun like the Joker (You might not want to just a suggestion. Upgraded star/ntec would also work). these guns let you have room for killing. they all can kill from a distance and you can also kill people closer up.
