making sure i know the bind command properly
bind "8" "cc_set_sub_weapon sticky_bomb 999"
is that right?

Wait until youre in the main menu.
Use this command in your fav console: bind o quit
Press o.

ok that worked. srry it took so long to respond, i kept getting a texture error. still nothing when trying to set stickies to a bind. any more suggestions before i kick the bucket on this one?

I get the same problem x[ also the transformation bind don't work as well.
