Steam account stoled

Hi guys,

a few days ago a friend of mine on steam has signed in to my account and changed password so now i cannot go in my own account so i maked a new account but now i lost all my games
and i cannot contact my friends because when i want to add a friend it says that i need to buy a game before i can add friends to my steam.

can somebody help me with getting my old account back?

or i will lose €62,00 for spending 3 games ( Garry's mod./Mw2./ Portal 1)
