From the looks of it, you tried to download it and run it, because it saves to temp folder. Re-download it, save it to the desktop. extract it, and run as admin
well i download it on google chrome, it pops out in winrar, i try to open the GUI, then bam! ! Cannot execute "C:\Users\Ivan\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EX48.088\*** *Loader_******\****Loader.exe" no hacks ever open for me, if they do, they dont work, then if they dont open, its because of the same error.
