Please help.

i had the same problem then i port forward Xbox live and it works fine if this didn't work call support

well he fucked his router up i told him to unplug then plug back in. he decided to push a bunch of buttons. hes gunna lie to his mom who can hopefully get it fixed. so we can play xbl and upload the videos.

Try plugin your xbl cable into your mothers laptop, and see If you can get on xbox live

Please help.
