It's smog, dust & fog, the city is surrounded by hills and rising plains & as it hovers around the temperature difference acts like a barrier and causes is to stay there. There is a shitload more dust after the quakes from fallen building and even more after they gritted the roads from all of the snow. Just cleaned my car, will be filthy by next week
