HelpG-Force problem

Hello all :3 today i have a problem with Crossfire hacks...
here is a scrennie...
But bacicly it crashes after 10 sec in game :3 im running vista 32 bit Crossfire NA

i have problem when i kill someone in a tt or mm he gets an error code_21 and other numbers any help ?

restart computer?!
