HelpG-Force v3 Crossfire Hack Problem!

I have Windows 7 x64 bit. I've installed the Microsoft C++ and the Microsoft Framework thing. Also I've installed the Direct X. But I keep getting this error. (I ran as admin and placed it in my Crossfire folder. I've even reinstalled Crossfire and placed a fresh G-Force.exe in it but it still didn't work.) Can somebody help me? The error picture is in the "Uploaded Pictures" Sector I believe...
