Kill it using Task Manager, go to "Run" write "msconfig" and look for anything suspicious and check your start up folder

Your parents prob set it up. Cause i have it and it shows every keys i hit, takes pics of my screen and bunch of other stuff, your not getting keylogged by anyone else. Somebody had to have downloaded on your computer.
