You can't increase it more than that. You are gonna have to buy a new mouse or just deal with the current one with the current settings.

Buy a laser mouse they so better plus try playing around with mouse settings through control panel, and use other forums beside a hacking forum. like techguy or something along those sites to ask this problem.

There is a console command responsible for mouse sensitivity.

My mouse sensitivity stays 20 or 25 depending on the game mode. 23 for snipers only.
