Ok work now:
Start Program: HanOlly or OllyDbg & Loadlib.
Attach Loadib and Search String: WeaponReload

Code:

Cshell.1032D0C8

Calc it: 32D0C8 + 50
Result: 32D118 => 0x32D118's a wPlayerPointer
DONE
