lol it is just an uncopressed fraps file , render it using sony vegas pro then render it aggain use h.264

Yea I Recorded From Fraps

use a program called any video converter.. and change the file to an flv file.. it would be maximum 30mb

I got one which was 40G before but then i used sony vegas and chose a diffrent file type and it went down to 34MB
