i dunno why no ones stressing this, but YOU most likely NEED NET FRAMEWORK 1.0 AND 2.0 no exceptions, even if you have 3.0/3.5 it doesn't matter. just download it from microsoft. If you still have an error ... cant help :/

anuthr thing that pple r doin thet might help is turning the 0s 2 1s dont it works without that..or anti virus...or turning uac off
