Need Help w/Crossfire

Its not a hack or anything but i posted a forum on CF site no response i guess i have to try MPGH so heres my problem i double Klick crossfire and it open till just before u put ur user/passwrd then CMD opens twice and CF closes
Please Help Me

reintal it if it doesnt work delete cross complete this will help you to delete all leftovers and registrys files Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily and redownload it and install it again run the cross as admi if you have win vista/7 !!
