how do i extract and install hacks???

i downloaded a combat arms hack but i dont know how to extract the file and do all the other things that go along w/ it to be able to use it. if you know how to do this and can help me out i would greatly appreciate it.

if u dont know how to extract a file u shouldnt even try to hack

to extract you need to right click on the file and then click on the option extract here

DUDE DOWNLOAD WINRar, then itll show up
and press extract, and pres wer to extract it too
