Binding Problems

I'm having trouble binding commands using the console. Yes, I am using Vin_V5b.dll. I have Byte Ciphered my the older Pub_Console_v3.dll. I think many others are having this problem.
I have Win 7 x64, If that matters.

Try using DToys v2 instead.
