only way by pc, or you can get a phone and take it with a phone, then put it on the pc...

if you are using windows 7 you have something called snipping tool search it in the programs

No need for extra programs when its built in.

I use Screensnapr, for an easy quick upload, but when servers are down I use Print Screen.

The print screen for me doesn't work at all

if you have a built in webcam you usally have software built in
if you brought a webcam it also has software on disc.

This Pc Used To Be A Windows Vista Now It Has Windows 7 lol
