SHE DOESN'T LIKE IT

Well basically yesterday me and my mom got into the subject of homosexuals and I found out that she 'doesn't like' them as she thinks that God made you straight, and being gay is some sort of. so Like a disability? Because they're like, er 'ill'? Gosh, she's not and never was against disabled people..anyways, how do I prove to her that there is NOTHING WRONG with being gay? Because I THINK I might be bi-troll

No matter what you say, it won't change how she feels about homosexuals. Trust me. I've debated with my mother many times.

I also dont understand ppl that dont like gays. Sure, some of them behave weird and stuff but most are nice and friendly, just like everyone else.

Proving to your mom that being gay is not a disease should'nt be your problem.And by no means am i tryna be rude in saying that i'd expect 'a mother' to know better.I think that somehow a mother just knows this(a gay son or lesbian daughter) I never told my mom.(i never had to) She just knows and that goes for nearly all the gay guys i know.We never talked about it and never have issues with it.I think its just a matter of resisting reality as apposed to rejecting the individual. Maybe you ought to let her on with subtle indications(very subtle in your case) seeing that she just simply dont like gays...
