The help in VIP support sucks, post been there 7 hours and not 1 reply

There's only one VIP Support staff and he's gotta sleep some time you know. Give him a break.

Even when he was awake , no help.

How do you know he was awake? And not every waking hour of the day needs to be spent helping people with VIP. And you aren't the only one requiring help.

I have but this is bullshit they just ignore , or they just view it and do nothing.

You have no idea.

I was on vacation, I was in no position to help anyone. I hoped a new VS would have been chosen in the mean time, but their still considering their options

Just because your having problems, doesn't mean that suddenly the whole entire world is going to stop just to help you.
