i have successfully gotten 2 different account unbanned from permanent... just log a ticket with nexon... make sure you are polite about it... ask them why you were banned? and dont try to give any excuses... just say you dont understand why you were banned... that would be your best shot... if it works lay low for a while

Trolololol I looked up my main account on CBL and it said I had a dishonorable discharge (I was temp banned back in '10 cuz too many people rage-reported me) but I'm not currently banned

the same thing happend to me its fked up i havent hacked since black cipher got patched and my cbl and stuff is clean its fked up i dnt no if i should start a new acc or just not ply at all
