He could maybe change the color/add an adjustment layer to the text.. only in my opinion though.If he did that, he would be walking to a monotone sig, photo filters adjustment layers apply to the whole sig not a certain aspect. So, the sig would get worse in your view, all ud get sam color. I think that its preetty good but simple as this isnt hard at all to do. 5-6 layes and job done.
