the x64 say that can't be installed on this platform. :s

Did it work before? If so try restoring to using system restore point to when it did work. If it didn't work before you may want to scan for viruses such as malware that can mess up programs.

I hav every thing and maybe more than what u asked

and still logging and every thing normally but once I join a room the screen
