it says unahndled exception can't access c:\program files something even tho i have installed all the .net framwork 4.0, directx, visual C++ x86 and x64

Repair it, disable anti virus maybe delete net frame and reinstall?

That's an error.But you have Framework already installed..Try reinstalling it or repairing it.
