Hello all,
I need A LOT of help. The problem is, i'm 15 years old right. And I have always been interested in 3D movies, short films, animations etc and I would really love to make my own. I have downloaded a large range of programs including cinema 4D, blender, Photoshop, after effects and a few more but I cannot find anyone to help me on how to "actually" make a short animated film. Say for example like one of those 2 minute kids shows which have a 3D character is a forest (just and example >.<). I really have no idea where to start...How can I create a character, and then make him move? Please, anyone, help me, it will be greatly appreciated!!!

Try learning first the basics of modeling in c4ds. Explore the program by yourself, ull get a notion of what the fuctions do. Then look on the web for easy tutorials, ipod iphone etc... and then thry moveing to bigger stuff. When u master it, try learning with tuts on the web, how to animate ur models, and by adding a scenario behind, u can make a movie. Start with smaller stuff first.
