Modifying sounds

Does anybody know how to modify the Intervention's sound because it's horrible. So squeaky. I'd like to modify its sound to the M95 sniper from BFBC2. Is it even possible?

yes u can but then u would get and error......i think the u get iw17.iwd is not same like server's....
