CF EU is in Beta stage and might come in 2012 so wait for that..If you really cant wait play CF China,JP,or Philippines.

Like everyone said hide your IP, or wait for it to come out in your region.
Well checking your country I can see is more viable for you start to play CFEU, or get an old account and use it to login (because is without IP restrictions), or changing your IP, but this choice can affect your ping badly.
