After all the thing i haer about noob, i keep founding a folder called BlackCipher is this folder from nexon or noob's? also is it harmful
if its harmful how do i get rid of it i have tryed delete and formatting computer it keeps coming out.

Technically it should be nexon's file, as Black Cipher is their new anti - hacking software. Noob named his hack after it....

its black ciph3r not black cipher. It is the thing that come up after hack shield. it is nexons, it is safe.
