Why can't I edit my usergroups for?

What OS and version?

Tried before, I get the message saying that There are currently no public usergroups available for me to join, but when the fact is, that I do have. Donator and Member lvl 2. So idk what to do

I've contacted Dave and Arun before via VM but none of them responded, so here I go with the mentions

That's got nothing to do with the problem, it's the site, not my PC

Dave does read the VM's and doesn't read the PM's as far as I know, you could ask him on msn aswell
