I totally agree. I cant even do any admin rights in my clan. GAWD.

Because they prefer to add more shit that breaks the game even more.
I don't get Server Error if I go to it within the first minute of loading it up.

Set your default browser to a different one then go in game from the CA site on that browser. If that doesn't work, DON'T end process the BlackCipher.exe. I've come to find that I can load the clan page without server error, then I can't after ending the process. If that doesn't help, then restart your game. Also, try to load the game without any hacks.
