Help!Taskmanager don't start

Hey i know thats the wrong section but PLEASE HELP

if i start taskmanager..
error says: The taskmanager was disable by the adminstrator[i try to write the error message in english cause i m german]

and i can't open regedit,cmd.exe,...

Anyways, use system restore.
Otherwise get antivirus and live with the feeling that you probably don't have a secure computer anymore.

I suggest Avira for free antivirus, or get the free trial of McAfee. Or crack Malwarebytes.

Get microsoft security essentials its a free to download program and run full scans one after the other.

you probably have badass a virus, I suggest that u download, as xander2468 said, MS security essentials (its free), and if u want, purchase an antivirus (paid anti viruses are decent enough) to prevent your info from being stolen and your computer getting infected and fked up
