High Ping Possible Virus

I go in game with my vip hack and I have 700 PING!
I think this is a virus but I haven't downloaded anything lately, isn't there a program I can download that will lower my ping ?
If so can some one please give me a link or add as attachment, it would be greatly appreciated , thanks!

Also if some one knows what it could be cuz I recently got hacked on Facebook and I have scanned my computer multiple times recently so yeah if some one could help it would be very appreciated. I will give you thanks!

I think I mgiht have to do System Restore, and just wondering will that change my ip ?

I don't want my VIP to get fucked up if I have to do system restore.

If it has a virus, the first thing you should do is make a complete scan on it and remove the virus. If it don't work do the System Restore, this will not affect your IP address, if even this works, try formatting your computer.

THANKS DUDE WHO POSTED FIRST IM ADDING U 2 RESPECT LIST I DOWNLOADED A THING THREW THE THING U TOLD ME TO GET AND IT LIKE SCANNED AND REMOVED EVERYTHING THT WAS THREATENING.
