Is there any public good d3d9 nice base to start on it and a good asm tutorial to start learning detouring?thanks for your time and for reading
Honestly, it's best when you start off with a blank VTable base and add a menu class of your choice. When using other people's bases, you have to deal with alot of code that most times is useless. If you start fresh, you can actually see clean code, and if you're not just some c/p noob you could even learn from it and see what it's actually doing.

Your best bet is to ask in the programming section, pretty much some of the best coders are there.
