Crossfire-slowww

Crossfire has been working great over the past month, but now it seems to be slower it takes me like 10 mins to get to the login page and another 5 minutes to load a game. Any suggestion on how to run crossfire faster?
p.s I tried cleaning registry, update driver, remove malware + virus, using gamebooster, defrag disks

Strange i don`t have this problem, but here is what you can do:
Try using CCleaner to clear tempt files/cookies. Close any torrent programs, stop anything from dowloading.
Or it might be from your internet connection.

Contact your internet provider, reinstall crossfire, reinstall your OS.
