put all offzip, wolf.xfs in C: (C Drive)
Create New Folder name Wolf(or something you like)
Start -> Run cmd and typing C: (press Enter button)
typing offzip.exe -a wolf.xfs Wolf 0 (press Enter button) [don't type enter in the command line]
Wolf in the command line is the folder you have create before

Better way is using offzip UI (you don't need cmd any more)

i try opening offzip but doesnt work so i use cmd still...
Ok i made progress:
i create folder:
wolf.xfs
and putted
wolf.xfs in it...
then i typed(i had cmd in same folder):
offzip.exe -a wolf.xfs wolf.xfs 0
and then came up this:
Error: Permission denied
More ideas?

EDIT:
Running cmd in admin doesnt do anything.

Download OffzipPackzip UI (google for it)
Open it.
Input: open wolf.xfs
Output: Any folder you want

I will try it out, and i think it will work

still doesnt work for me after i did everything u told tambre

its says "Error: recheck your options, C:\Documents is not valid" what should i do now??!!

All files in format that we cant open...
.neo .dat
Everything more weird...
I didnt unpack all cause the extracted files were over 2x more larger in total than wolf.xfs
btw: Ive selected my next computer to be Alienware...

Rename .neo to .dtx and .dat to ltb

, But they have lost half information cuz all files have the same file size 64 KB. So i have to use this way: "offzip.exe -1 -a wolf.xfs wolf" and it will create 1 big file and i can use hex to extract it. The big file contain 11000 dtx, 1000 ltb. Have any one can write a tool for extract it? ex: quickbms extractor.
