I have the issue and its still going on.

If you're banned on a game, you're banned on that game only unless you had a major offense.

I guess admitting that you hack but asking for a second chance would get you unbanned. You would have to stress the importance that you won't hack again though >.>. My suggestion? Hack on a different Vindictus account.

Nope I have the same thing. They unbanned my alt, but I still have my main banned. Although they did send me a response on my birthday saying that it was being sent to an "account specialist" AKA "I'm to lazy to respond to your ticket now so Ill just do it next month kthxbai."
