are you using 1 hit kill?
Your using One Hit Kill or Shoot Through Walls or any of that hack.
Yess 1 hit errors on TDM/MM/HM soo thats why ur getting errored.
If is really One Hit Kill you was using there, disable it. If is another feature try disabling it too and see what features works or not.
no fools, this happens also if you accidently glitch into a box. or partially into an object
Happens When:
- One Hit Kill
- Walk Through Walls
- Abbusing Speed Hacking
- Glitching through something like a box.
- Fly Hacks

this is the hack error or glich error ...i get it too many times ...but i dont use anythink ....no hack nothing only play ..u cant do anything just w8 that z8 fix this.......
you get this also if you use superjump and ultrajump 
Don't use that feature if u don't wanna get errors.
