Get FRAPS, then record.

I prefer MSI afterburner though, let's you keep an eye on loads and temps while recording :3

Fraps. If you can, do avidemo. It's hard to figure out though.

That would record a demo. You don't want to do that because demos only work on a few maps. Download fraps (preferably find a free full version) and record.

just torrent fraps and you will find a full version and record

Also, it depends on your specs..

Running in windowed mode while frapsing will help your frame rate + recording in half size and/or lowering your frame rate or ingame resolution will help

Try recording in windowed mode, it reduces your lags.

I'm pretty sure it's strike, vacant, a few more. Not a lot at all.

Pretty sure it was only the seconds DLC pack in which they worked.

Well those are all 2nd DLC right?

I'm assuming you're correct I only remember that it was around five maps?
