Wear an over-shirt that is button down and is a dark flat color, it also can't be see-through. Write on paper everything you need to know, and tape it at the bottom of your shirt on the inside. Button down your shirt until there are two buttons on the bottom that are not buttoned. When you sit down, whenever you need to look at something, flip your shirt up slightly so you can see what you need.
Another option is the classic cheat sheet on the soul of your shoe, or inside your shoe so when you put your leg up, you can see it.
You can also wear long pants, and tape cheat-sheets to your leg, then roll your pant leg up slightly to read it.

Wear a skirt, and tape the cheat sheet to your inner thigh. If a proctor notices the cheat sheet and calls you out on it, you can't get in trouble, as the proctor was inappropriately looking in a sexual region on the body, and in the U.S you can use this as sexual harassment. I've seen it happen before.
