It doesn't change anything, it only makes you think you have better accuracy.

Not a hack my friend. You're just editing configuration files, and nothing is changed but your visuals of the crosshair. It makes the crosshair closer together (as one) instead of spread apart.

Nothing has changed, your spread/recoil still is the same.
