Get a new computer. There are really too many things that are below average you'd be better off with a whole new setup.

If you believe it is the clients fault then you should probably reinstall CA with a new download. It could also be a recent patch, you know nexon does wierd things with their patches.

You don't have to buy an expensive pc for it to be better than that. You could custom one that's better too

Um, engine.exe is combat arms so you cant really change it.
