[GFX] - Vote!

Seeing as Bull3t is very talented in Photoshop and used to run the GFX Squad, I want to see everyone's opinion on bringing him into the new [GFX] Team, not Jr GFX. Bringing people in is a special occasion, seeing as RJ has stopped apps for it.. but I'm positive if GFX team members and Jr GFX team members agree on it, he can be brought in.
