This rocks. But like I said before, just resize it to a tinsy weensy little bit. (just the height)

Image > Image Size... to change the image size to fit everything into a smaller size.
Image > Canvas Size... to change the canvas size to keep image proportions but to crop parts off the edges.
That's your choice. Generally image resizing looks weird, I would suggest a canvas resize.
