1st) Limitation due to being under 18 *Fixed when I turned 18*
2nd) Limitation as new ebay seller *Fixed after 20 products sold & the users replied w/ good feedback*
3rd) Limitation when I logged in from germany *Not fixed until 3 months later*
4th) Limitation due to not keeping money from DONATIONS for my site sitting in the account for a week or so before using it to pay host
5th) limitation due to logging in from various IPs while traveling *just resolved this yesterday*
