I want to bring boys to my yard.
But seriously, how do I make them, do I just add the icecream and milk?

yupp and put em in blender and mix it all up 
Ice cream and milk and then whatever else you want to add in there. Umm crunchy cookies work well, chocolate candy bars... you name it. just be sure to blend the milk and ice cream first and then kind of mix in the toppings.
