Unless you can find an idiot, you're not going to get any random person to do this kind of work with a *possibility* of eventually getting paid. If you do find an idiot...you're screwed anyway 'cos their an idiot. If you're making this site from scratch you're going to need some startup cash or bust. I would never do web-design for someone who paid me with assurances.
