Rainbow Six Vegas 2 Uncut Patch

I know this is probably the wrong section and stuff, but Vegas 2 doesn't have it's own section and their is no "Other FPS" section either, so here goes.

I got Vegas 2 with my nVIDIA MSI graphics card and it seems I have the shitty German cut version (with multi-language choices) without the A.C.E.S and other cool shit, so I was wondering whether there was a way to patch/crack my version to play as the normal uncut version?

Apparently doing the following works (and it did, for a while, but then decided that it didn't want to and just started playing as the cut version again - it's weird...):

Yeah it's brilliant. Shame hardly anyone plays online (or maybe that's because I have the cut version, I dunno). So many glitches though and Ubisuck, so you know how it is.
