How To Use PayPal
Ok i have a unvairafied paypal and I was woundering:
1) Can i still send/recieve money?
2) If so, how much?
3) If not, Can you tell me how without CC or Bank acc?
4) And when trying to sell an acc, would i tell the person my email to send the $ to? or how does that work?
