User Image title.

So before i get to ask Liz or someone to give me the user image title. Can someone help me create it please? Or just give me step by step what to do. I dont know much about pixels and stuff. I asked snipe yesterday and he explained good, he even sent me to the links. But when i saw the format i was confused

I didnt know ???x?? meant, i didnt know how to find one that will fit in the user image title. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated. Thanks

Background Colour: What color background you want your image title to be.
Text: What Text do you want in it. Maxium 7 Letters. Sometimes eight might fit.
Text Colour: What color do you want the text to be.
Icon URL: Link to Icon. It's gotta be small.
Swirl: Do you want a swirl. Check out ravallo's thread for more info.

Tags are the easiest thing to make...
