For Enforcers?

Hey Buddys!

today i created my first enforcers and its hell to make money with
this fraction! Crims can farm while rubbing.... enforcers have to do
Witness missions.

Now i saw this youtube-vid.

In the Comments they say it would be faster if you do
it with a truck or the garbage-car Oo .... How do they do that?

Haha that kid has a monitor from the 70's it looks like. I didn't know Windows 2000 could run APB?
